Pearl Music Europe is seeking a skilled and innovative Online Marketeer to join our dynamic marketing team. Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads
  • Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media ads
  • Conduct thorough market research and analyze consumer trends to identify target audiences and tailor marketing efforts accordingly
  • Create engaging and compelling content for digital channels, including website, blog, social media, and email marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using analytics tools to identify areas of improvement and optimize conversion rates
  • Collaborate with internal cross functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and seamless integration of marketing efforts across different channels
  • Keep track of industry best practices, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Engage with the musicians community, build a relationship and help answer their questions with the help of our product experts
  • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive business growth

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field
  • Proven experience in digital marketing
  • Solid understanding of online advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other social media advertising tools.
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and effectively communicate ideas.
  • Passion for music and knowledge of the musical instrument industry is desirable but not mandatory.
