Warriors Unite!!! With the release of The Fundamental Elements Of Southtown, P.O.D. (Payable On Death) seemed like they had come into the public eye as an overnight success. The San Diego based band had already been together for seven years and had released several independent recordings. With singles like “Southtown” and “Rock The Party (Off The Hook)”, it didn't take long before Wuv and P.O.D. were everywhere from Ozzfest, movie soundtracks, and continuous television appearances.
The band toured heavily behind their multi-platinum CD entitled Satellite. It’s success is no surprise when you hear cuts like “Alive”, “Boom”, and “Youth Of The Nation”. With guest appearances from HR (Bad Brains) and Reggae artist Eek-A-Mouse, it's safe to say that P.O.D. created another sonically powerful addition to their catalog. P.O.D. released the lead single, “Sleeping Away”, for The Matrix soundtrack.
“Payable On Death” was the follow-up to “Satellite” and it was the catalyst to one of the most successful Summer tours of 2004.
