Trey Landry

Trey Landry was born in south Louisiana where he was raised in a widely diverse mixture of music and culture. He played his first paying club gig at the age of 14. Trey spent the rest of his teen years cultivating his style in the bars, clubs and festivals of Baton Rouge, New Orleans, Lafayette as well as up and down the Gulf Coast. At age 19 Trey packed up his drums and moved to Hollywood California to attend the Percussion Institute of Technology. Here he would study under the guidance of Joe Porcaro and Ralph Humphrey.
