Preston Nash

Previously, Preston Nash was the drummer/programmer for Dope, Flip/Epic's intense metal band that has the rock world buzzing. In support of their debut album "Felons and Revolutionaries", Dope and Nash played close to 250 shows throughout the US and Canada, touring with a diverse spectrum of artists, including Kid Rock, Slipknot, Sevendust, Powerman 5000, Orgy, Fear Factory, Staind, Static X, and even Alice Cooper, just to name a few.

Prior to Dope, Nash has had extensive gigging and recording experience in NYC and in the surrounding regional areas. In addition to rock drumming, his background also consists of formal training in orchestral percussion and composition (he's got a Bachelor's of Music degree in performance from Montclair State University in NJ), and his classical experience includes performances at Carnegie Hall and the Montreux Jazz Festival. As an educator, he's taught private lessons in drumset and percussion, and has served on the staffs at Union County College and Montclair State University, both in New Jersey.

He also served as the drummer for Primer 55, The Color Red, Society 1, and currently Rocky Na$h and producer of "The Puck Show" on KGEO in southern California.
