Brad Pemberton, a native of Nashville, TN has been playing drums for 25 years. His formal training began in high school and included a year marching with the legendary Bayonne Bridgemen Drum Corp.
In 1993, Brad joined Iodine and toured the U.S. extensizely and recorded two critically acclaimed records. The success of Iodine led to session work with Patty Griffin, Daniel Tashian, Heather Nova, and James Hall.
In late 2000, Brad was recruited by Ryan Adams and since then has toured the world, performed with Elton John, done numerous television appearances, and opened for The Rolling Stones with him. He has also recently toured with Hank Williams III, Bobby Bare Jr., Denna Carter, Kim Richey, and Garrison Starr.
2005 has seen the release of two recrods by Ryan Adams & The Cardinals, Cold Roses and Jaclsonville City Nights, which Brad contributed not only as a musician but as a songwriter. When not touring, Brad does session work and live gigs with some of Nashville's best singer-songwriters.
