D-2000TC Conductor's Throne

The D-2000TC is one of our top-of-the-line thrones designed to satisfy the discerning percussionist or conductor by offering an ergonomic seat top with two positions for ultimate comfort.

The D-2000TC features a fully-adjustable backrest for outstanding support and comfort, as well as a four legged extended base and foot rest ring.

1. Two Position Seat: One side provides an angled front for free leg movement and a small recessed cavity toward the back to alleviate spinal compression. Rotate it 180 degrees and the other side offers firm frontal support with a central cutaway.

2. Backrest: The D-2000BR comes with a fully height and fore/aft adjustable lumbar back-support offering added relief from fatigue associated with long gigs or recording sessions. The slim tear-drop shape of the backrest gives outstanding support where needed and eliminates the chance of contact between the backrest and the player's elbows.


3. Heavy-Duty Seat Bracket: The heavy-duty seat bracket features dual mounting capabilities to allow the backrest to be attached to ether end of the two position seat.

4. Trapezoidal Threaded Post: The 24mm solid height adjustment post features trapezoidal threads for smooth action and extra durability.

5. 4 Legs with Foot Rest Ring: Four legs add additional stability. The foot rest ring is perfect for conductors or percussion players who want added comfort for seated playing.

6. Quick Release Height Adjustment Collar: The quick release collar simplifies the process of making height adjustments – just open the clamp and set the post to the desired height and clamp into place. The twist lock gives a convenient "handle" to grip the post and supplies additional locking power when secured against the collar.

7. Four Leg Base: The base features four wide-stance legs for superb stability. Sure Struts, parallel double braced struts, provide the ultimate in structural integrity to prevent lateral wobble and the inherent squeaks that may result from it.

8. UltraGrip Wingnuts/Wingbolts: Both the D-2000BR and D-2000 come standard with “UltraGrip” Wingnuts/Wingbolts for perfect hand fit for easy tightening.
